The sessions starts with a conversation, through which we can figure out where you stand and where I can pick you up. Sometimes I use kinesiological testing to estimate which treatment plan is the best for you. Then I use the different techniques I learnd to help release tensions and open up blockades so everything can return to it`s natural rhytum and flow.
In the end we finish the session with a closing talk, so you get a moment to really listen deeper into yourself and share how you feel.
