My name is Valerie Theresa Adl

My goal is to use the techniques I have learned to create space within you so that your body can heal itself.

I grew up in a small town near Vienna, Austria, and completed my secondary education there, specializing in music, with a high school diploma (Matura). Afterwards, I studied graphic design at the Graphic Communication and Education Institute in Vienna. Finding that working in front of a screen didn't fully fulfill me, I changed fields and, ten years ago, immersed myself in bodywork through the holistic massage technique "TouchLife Massage." Over the following years, I furthered my education in foot reflexology, neurobiological regulation according to Henkel (regulation of the nervous system), Hara massage, and kinesiological testing. During this time, I moved to Berlin and attended the self-governed naturopathic school at Mariannenplatz in Kreuzberg.

In April 2023, I successfully passed my naturopathic practitioner exam in Potsdam and started my own practice, TVA-Heilpraxis, in the same year. Since October 2023, I have been part of the naturopathic practice in Eberswalde.

After the birth of my daughter, I studied craniosacral therapy, auricular acupuncture, infant and child treatments using osteopathic techniques, and holistic nutritional counseling, completing all advanced training courses by 2025. I am filled with gratitude for having received funding from the ILB's "Continuing Education Guidelines" for the advanced training courses in "Child Treatment with Osteopathic Techniques" and "Holistic Nutritional Counseling." Since January 2026, I have continued my osteopathy studies in Berlin. Today, I live with my family among tall trees, in harmony with the rhythms of nature, striving for holistic self-sufficiency.
