The treatment begins with an initial consultation. Here we'll determine your current situation and how I can best support you. Sometimes I use kinesiological testing to find the perfect approach. A combination of the various techniques I've learned over the years is possible – this allows me to flexibly respond to your needs in the moment and support you in the best possible way. At the end, you'll have another opportunity to reflect and share how you feel. I'm happy to provide you with simple exercises that you can easily integrate into your daily life, empowering you and helping to create lasting change.
