Craniosacral Therapy

My goal is to alleviate your pain and bring you back into contact with yourself.
Cranio-sacral therapy is a method in which large impulses can be set with very gentle movements.
I work with the pulse generated by the production of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), which can be felt and thus influenced throughout the body's tissues. CSF is a water-like fluid filtered from the blood in the brain's ventricles, the center of the brain, and flows between the meninges down to the sacrum. It has a protective and transport function, and because many cranial and spinal nerves lie close to the CSF system, there is a close connection between the central nervous system and the CSF system. In CranioSacral Therapy, unlike many other methods, I don't use external pressure or manipulation. Instead, the movement, like a blossoming flower, flows from the inside out. This means that I use gentle impulses, clearly perceptible but barely visible, to stimulate the body's self-healing abilities. Besides its gentleness, the beauty of this technique lies in its lasting effects. Muscle memory has time to readjust, so while healing is slower, the risk of relapse into the incorrect posture is significantly lower. During the session, a kind of dance takes place between your tissue and my hands. Your body sets the direction, guiding itself, with my support, into relaxation and healing.

Foot reflexology therapy

Years of experience and course leadership
Foot reflexology is a form of therapy in which reflex zones on the soles of the feet are stimulated to positively influence and strengthen organs, muscles, and bones. This method is based on the research of Hanne Marquart and Fitzgerald. They discovered that certain areas on our feet and soles are connected to specific organs and body zones. Thus, physical ailments and diseases can be treated via these reflex zones, specific regions can be strengthened, and overall well-being can be promoted.

Nutritional advice

Holistic approach and trauma-sensitive

Does your head start spinning with all the thousands of dietary supplements, superfoods, and supplement offers? I mean, who doesn't want firmer skin from extra collagen, stronger muscles from more protein, or simply a complex supplement containing all the vitamins, minerals, and trace elements? Yes, it caught my attention at first, too. And then I asked myself: What about our natural food? Sure, due to selective breeding, supermarket fruits and vegetables nowadays have a low nutrient density—but what about wild fruits, vegetables, and herbs? Surely the solution isn't to need even more artificial products because of artificial ones, is it?

"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."

Following Hippocrates' quote, I design my holistic, wild, raw, and trauma-sensitive nutritional counseling. I want to introduce people to the simplest possible (yet very tasty!) way of eating, and motivate them to gather wild herbs, perennials, and wild fruits.

By 'simple' I certainly don't mean lacking in nutrients – quite the opposite! I agree with the salespeople that most people are deficient in important vitamins, minerals, and trace elements – my question is simply:

Do we need to buy it somewhere, or could we find a seasonal, regional Pontant perhaps in our garden or forest?

It doesn't always have to be fancy and super expensive to be truly healthy!

As a certified nutritionist, I will support you with sound professional knowledge, even in cases of acute or chronic illnesses.

Treatments for infants and children* using osteopathic techniques

Can help with colic, torticollis, malpositions, etc.

The birth of every child is a profoundly formative experience and can vary enormously: from natural births without any interventions or medication to cesarean sections. The course of the birth significantly influences the child. Misalignments can result from any birth, so it is advisable to seek infant treatment shortly after delivery. This is because some cranial bone misalignments can lead to colic, discomfort, or feeding difficulties. Using gentle osteopathic techniques, I work with the little ones to restore movement and mobility where there was previously a blockage.

*up to and including age 7

Touch Life Massage is a form of holistic massage. It is based on five pillars: professional massage techniques, therapeutic pre- and post-session discussions, mindfulness, energy work, and breathwork. It views the person as a whole, interconnected being.
In Henkel's neurobiological regulation, I work with massage techniques directly on the skin on the central nervous system - brain and spinal cord - and on the enteric nervous system - which innervates digestion and the absorption of nutrients.
